A visionary leader with over 12 years of experience in community development and girls' education advocacy. Elizabeth founded BintiCare with the belief that every girl deserves dignity, education, and the chance to lead.
Dawson oversees BintiCare's programs and partnerships with a deep passion for community-led change. Her background in public health and social work has shaped programs that reach thousands of girls yearly.
A dedicated team of professionals and volunteers working every day to create lasting change for girls across Kenya.
Coordinates field programs across 20+ communities, ensuring every initiative delivers real impact on the ground.
Manages the admistrative roles of the office and other Binticare related activities and programs.
Our office HR and also the progaram manager of all Binticare programs and filed acitvities. He oversees everything being done at Binticare.
Manages BintiCare's financial systems and operations, ensuring resources reach the communities that need them most.
Works directly with schools and parents to remove barriers and keep girls enrolled, thriving, and learning.
Amplifies BintiCare's story across media channels and builds partnerships that expand our reach and visibility.
Ensures quality and standard photos are taken and also the media graphics are well checked and polished.
Jayson is the Program Manager at Lishe kwa Mtoto, leading the planning and implementation of nutrition programs to improve children’s health.
